Project fees

Our design services are customised to suit your specifications. Once you’ve filled out the relevant online brief sheet for your project, your needs and requirements will be tailored personally for you. We will submit a quote based on your brief sheet.

Additional costs

• Typing from faxes or hand written text may be outsourced and billed at applicable hourly rate based on legibility and state of documents
• Photo manipulation — any pre-press required on any photos/pictures supplied to us will be billed at an hourly rate, unless stated otherwise in our quote
• Stock photography — any sourcing required for stock photography will be billed hourly, along with the licensing cost of the stock photography
• Materials/expenses — fees may apply for long distance phone calls, faxes, scanning, back-up CDs and travel time

Quick turnaround surcharges

A premium surcharge of 25% will apply for jobs required after hours or requiring a turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours. A premium surcharge of 25% will also apply for work requiring to be completed during Australian public holidays and weekends
