Needing a change of scenery from the corporate design world, ipog design was established in December 2005. ipog design's owner and chief web/graphic designer, Lisa Malcolm, has over 9 years experience in the industry. Volunteer experience

While pursuing her graphic design career, Lisa Malcolm served as Public Relations and Community Liaison Officer for the Hurstville State Emergency Service (SES) from March '04 to December '05. She developed and maintained the unit’s marketing plan, provided the community with information relevant to its safety and wellbeing, educated target audiences on the role of the SES, prepared, planned and managed all local events, developed strategies for recruitment & fundraising, and designed the headquarters' specific marketing collateral. Lisa still volunteers her design skills to the SES when needed.
